Rapid Charity is pleased to introduce Robert Mathias Scholarship for students pursuing graduate studies in Business. 
Here is an inspiring story about Mr. Robert Mathias:
“I have the privilege of sharing the story of Robert Mathias, a figure whose legacy continues to inspire many. Born on April 18, 1918, in Gurdaspur, India, Robert chose a path that led him to become an esteemed Accountant and Fiscal Manager. His professional journey, marked by diligence and expertise, was just the beginning of his impact.

Robert held a profound vision for the Christian students at the Christian Institute in Raiwind. He recognized early on the potential within the Christian community to engage more deeply with the business world. Driven by this vision, he dedicated himself to teaching business classes, aiming not just to educate but to instill a professional spirit among the students. His commitment was transformative, nurturing a new generation of Christian professionals.
The impact he had on my sister and me was particularly profound. Under his guidance, we were prepared for the immediate commerce exams—a challenge we might not have tackled successfully without his mentorship. Robert did more than teach; he inspired, he guided, and he believed in us when we needed it most.

Through his efforts at the Christian Institute, he effectively promoted the integration of Christian values with business professionalism, fostering a community of capable and ethical leaders. Robert Mathias wasn’t just an educator; he was a visionary who played a crucial role in shaping the futures of many, including mine. His dedication to developing the concept of a business profession within the Christian community remains a guiding light for all of us who were fortunate enough to be his students.
With this scholarship, it is our hope to continue his memory and legacy, supporting future generations to pursue their professional aspirations with the same spirit and dedication that Robert Mathias championed.
